Terms of Service
In effect from 2 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of StorefrontCheck. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Who you are dealing with
StorefrontCheck is operated from Bulgaria by Kristiyan Kaloyanov Krastev. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle issues your invoice, collects any VAT or sales tax due, and your contract for the payment itself is with them. Their terms apply alongside these.
What the service does
StorefrontCheck opens the storefront you give us as an ordinary visitor would, walks the steps a customer takes to buy - a collection, a product, a variant, a quantity, the cart and the way to the checkout - and reports what it found. It runs on a desktop screen and on a phone screen, and with automatic checks switched on it repeats every four hours, with a wider look at the rest of the shop once a day.
We never place an order. No customer details are entered. Opening the checkout is off unless you switch it on, and while it is on those visits appear in your own store analytics like any other visit.
What we do not promise
We check a storefront; we do not guarantee that it works. A check looks at the product and collection you choose and at a sample of the rest, not at every product, every variant and every possible journey through the shop. A passing report means that what we looked at worked when we looked at it.
The service is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for lost sales, lost data or any other loss arising from a problem we did not find, from a problem we reported late, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has it.
You may only add a storefront you own or look after on the owner's behalf. If a store asks us to stop checking it, we will stop.
If a storefront password is stored with us, it is encrypted and is used for one thing: to get past the password page of a store that is not published yet.
Fair use
Checks run at a human pace on purpose, and a plan sets how many stores you may watch. Do not try to work around those limits, resell the service, or use it to put load on a storefront that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.
Paying
A subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews by itself until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any tax, which Paddle adds at the checkout. You can change plan or cancel whenever you like, from the link in your invoice email or by writing to us.
If a payment fails, Paddle will try again. If it keeps failing, automatic checks stop and the account becomes read only. Nothing is deleted when that happens.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; we do not charge again after that.
We may end an account that breaks these terms, or close the service entirely with at least thirty days' notice and a refund of anything paid for time not used.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will say so by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Which law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
